Fur® → Ingrown Deodorant 2023
Ingrown Deodorant is a do-it-all deodorant that leaves no hair—or smell—behind. We wanted to create a lush, dewy, green world that encompasses the deodorant’s petrichor scent, boasts its all natural ingredients, and communicates its clean nature. Within this world, people of all genders, body types, and grooming choices treat their underarms with care and interact harmoniously with their natural surroundings.
Since there is no secondary box to this deodorant, we wanted to make it stand out. Working with the Product Development team and an additional Package Designer, we decided to go more traditional with a classic oval shape and use our signature chartreuse color similar to the Dopp kit and other Fur products. The copy placement was laid out to stay consistent with our other packaging.
Made out of 100% post-consumer resin AKA recycled plastic.
Design ConceptTo emphasize the lush world the deodorant lives in, we utilized collage to create surrealist elements. We used our brand font Superior in all lowercase and our brand colors, Sun and Grass as the main colors to compliment the photography and video.
